Our Nursery

"Behold, children are a gift of the Lord,

The fruit of the womb is a reward." Psalms 127:3

The nursery is almost done! Peaches and cream remains the theme of the room as little furniture now graces it. We are open to having a little girl or boy, but those are the original colors I painted it.

We also found a great wooden crib and changing table. Michael was a saint as we assembled it...so many pieces, so little time. Pictures to follow! Thank-you to those who gave us an early baby gift!

I have my glider in the room now as well. As I rock in it each day, I pray just as I did for my future husband. It's a special devotional time for me as I reflect on God's goodness.

For now, we are taking things one day at a time. We've gotten a few nibbles from folks interested in adoption, but nothing new to report yet. We are grateful for the support of friend and family as we embark on this adventure! Thank-you for your heartfelt prayers, words of encouragement and emotional support! We love you!
